Enduren's Artisan Made, All Natural, Cranberry & Seed Nougat bar provides sustained energy from five different natural ingredients. They are easy to chew and digest, and taste really great. They are less sweet than conventional nougat, which make them more palatable during exercise. Energy delivery comes from a wide variety of complex carbohydrates present in the raw products, a small amount of naturally occurring fructose, glucose, fat and protein.  A small amount of naturally occurring protein assists in prevention of muscle breakdown.
 
The Cranberry & Seed Nougat bars are free from: preservatives, colourants, flavourants, chemical additives, and all common allergens except egg white. Cranberries are regarded a superfood and contain: proanthocyanidins, phenols, anthocyanins, vitamins C, E and K1. Health Benefits include: Lower blood pressure, Improved cardiovascular health, - gut bacteria and health, - urinary tract health, - eyesight. Protect against liver disease.
 
Sunflower seeds are high in protein and rich in healthy fats, as well as antioxidants. It contains Vitamins E, B1, B6; Iron, Copper, Selenium, Manganese and Zinc. Health benefits include: Reducing Inflammation, Improving Heart Health, Supporting the Immune System,Boosting Energy Levels.

    Before using Enduren I used to struggle with stomach issues, especially in stage racing when I consume lots of race drink and gels. I now use a combo of the Enduren drink, gels, and bars during training and races, with no side effects at all.
