Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products are nutrition items, we enforce strict health, safety, and quality control standards. Please read our policy below regarding returns and refunds.

1. Return Window

You have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or report an issue with your items. Any requests made after 7 days will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your nutrition products must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be completely unopened, unused, and untampered with.

  • The original safety seals, packaging, and labels must be fully intact.

  • The item must be in the same condition that you received it.

3. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are completely non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable courier service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if sent via non trackable service.

4. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@enduren.co.za with your order number and the reason for the return. Do not send items back to us without receiving prior confirmation and the correct return shipping address from our team.

5. Refunds and Processing

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
