Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver your nutrition products quickly and safely. Please review our shipping guidelines, processing times, and transit estimates below.

1. Order Processing Time
•    All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
•    You will receive a notification email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship nationwide. Delivery times and shipping costs depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout:
•    PUDO (TCG) Lockers RSA.  [2 - 5 Work Days; Xmas Tide up to 12 Work Days; Ensure you entered correct Locker under "Customer & Delivery Details". Delivery Fee: R79. FREE delivery above R800
•    To Door: Other Towns (RSA). [2 - 5 Work Days; Xmas Tide up to 12 Work Days] Delivery Fee R129. Rate drop to R49 above R800 order value and R29 above R2000.
•    To Door: Jhb, Pta, Dbn, PE, Grg, Cpt, Boland. [2-5 Work Days; Xmas Tide up to 12 Work Days]; Rate drop to R39 above R800 order value and R19 above R2000.
*Xmas Tide (Christmastide): Start on 24 Dec and conclude 6 Jan.
•    International. We can ship international currently based on order value. See checkout for more details.

3. Order Cut off Time
•    Orders placed before 13h30 Monday through Friday will begin processing the same day.
•    Orders placed after this time or over the weekend will begin processing the following business day.

4. Shipping Restrictions & Tracking
•    We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, Embassies or any places outside towns (e.g. Farms, Mines etc.). Use TCG Pudo Locker option for these.
•    Once your package leaves our facility, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your delivery status in real time.

5. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the unlikely event your nutrition items arrive damaged or if your package is lost in transit, please contact our support team immediately at support@enduren.co.za with your order number, name and surname so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
